Journal Entry

1 Year!

The twins turned 1 this weekend! I had a pic with Calli with a spoon and her first slice of cake ever! But they were both pretty tired by the time we got to this part, so it wasn’t a super good one. But I did make Emily a card (thanks to iPhoto) that featured pics of the rat pack every couple months. So I’m sharing it instead of a birthday cake photo:

For the curious, I’m pretty sure that Calli is on the right in all these, and Thalia on the left. It worked out that way. The only one I’m not sure about is the very last one, but I think it still holds true…

The card is wonderful, with at least a year’s worth of cuteness. Happy birthday to the twins!

The left picture in the middle row is absolutely adorable! So much character in those two.

In about 14-15 years, you are in so. much. trouble. You should work on your “intimidating father” skills.

    Happy birthday, girls!

They are charming and bright and I’m sure will grow up to be strong, independent, sensible women who don’t require their parents to intimidate anyone around them.
