The fountain outside the Palais de Congress apparently gets lit on fire occasionally. I saw this with Amber Van Dyk, Holly McDowell, Karin Lowachee, and Derek Molata (addendum: oh, and Kate Bachus!). I particularly like the fog the flames create. Stunning. I put the iPhone down on the concrete to get another neat angle:
