Boskone photos
While I was at Boskone I used the iPhone to snap some photos at random spots. More the first couple days than the latter. The thumbnails on the blogpost are pretty small, you can click on any of them to launch a larger size. I took pity on those with slower internet connections.
First up, the view from the hotel window of the Boston skyline:

Jeffrey Carver and Bruce Coville and I shared an autographing table:
The really nice lady who’s name I didn’t quite catch who poured me a finger of Ardberg 10 scotch, thus making for a perfect end to the convention.
The iPhone really likes light for good pictures. Any indoor darkness or night shots pixelate it. So the autographing shot, the daytime skyline, and the scotch shot (in a very well lit area) came out pretty well (particularly the autographing shot), but the others look very grainy.

Tobias,
The pictures look pretty clean for a camera phone. That, the fast Internet and sleek design makes the Iphone the best phone out right now.

The lady whose name you didn’t catch is longtime Toronto fan Cathy Crockett, and yes, she’s a fine human being. (Notwithstanding that she’s also one of the many old friends and acquaintances that I never managed to actually have a conversation with at this Boskone.)
