Sly Mongoose: Cover
Can you dig it? Yeah.

I see people are already pre-ordering it on Amazon.
Paul (my editor) says the copy edited manuscript hits my doorstep tomorrow. Once I comb through that, then it winds its way through the machines of publication to magically become a book.
If everything works out, I’d like to post the first chapter sometime in January on the Sly Mongoose page for everyone.

KEWL! Excellent cover there, Tobias.

The girl has too much clothing on. Other than that, it has all the elements — death rays, space ships, explosions….
Looks good.

Forgot to mention — at least as far as I can tell at this resolution, those aren’t Caucasoids on the cover. We have advanced.

Very cool!

That cover so rocks. I can’t wait to see it side-by-side on my shelf alongside Crystal Rain and Ragamuffin.

Thank you all, I love the colors and the font, and the cover, it’s an awesome package. I can’t wait to get this on my shelf either!!!

That’s my favorite art of the three!
Though, I’m sure it’ll be fine when I see it in person, on the monitor, it doesn’t look like the color in the title matches the rest of the art!

I gotta second Shara on the title color being a little striking. On the other hand, we get spaceship and a guy with a really big gun. And it’s what’s inside that counts
You gotta love the evolution of the covers, from the primitive airships over a jungle world, to gunslingers shooting it up in freefall, now to an advanced world with a battle raging around it. I think the covers convey the books nicely (gonna have to see if it’s on preorder in Japamazon).
