I had fewer reasons, but those were all reasons I wanted to buy a book. What makes me buys a book? Well, if the author is literally twisting my arm in the bookstore I’d consider the book heavily. Now, threatened swirlies, if I think they could actually carry it out, that’s a dead-ringer for a sale.
