Journal Entry
A book by its cover
March 1st 2007 at 2:24 pm
Laura Resnick has a really great 5 part article on covers, how they came to be, with examples, and on the whole mysterious process. A very good read, peppered with quotes from Irene Gallo and other art directors, artists, and authors.
Meanwhile, my computer just arrived, so I’m getting nothing done. Off to go unpack it and install it.

Oh, man! I’m jealous! New computers are SO much fun! Share every detail! Tell us how squeaky-clean fast it is! How pretty it is!
Do you name your computers?

Yes, what’s the name? I mean, if we all can’t get a shiny new one, at least we can share the experience when one does.

It’ll be a videoblog next week, I ran out of time so I posted the interview video blog, but you’ll get to see it on Monday or Tuesday.
