Crystal Rain makes a few end of year book lists

January 1st 2007 at 2:51 am

Crystal Rain has crept onto a few ‘best of the year’ book lists, much to my surprise and happiness:

The before mentioned Bookgasm top 5 SF/F books of 2006.

Larry of ofblog puts me, Hal Duncan, and Scott Lynch on best debut of 2006.

Clarkesworld Books put Crystal Rain down as Best First Novel.

Krobinette marks the book as a best SF read of ‘06.

And SF Signal also added Crystal Rain to their Best of 2006.

I’m deeply flattered everyone enjoyed it enough to remember it, as it was a February book, what a great New Year’s surprise.

Frickin’ A Tobias, that’s a lot of lists to be on. Congrats! Of course, you know, now you have to do it again with Raggamufifn.

    I’m sure you’re up to it. :)
