Speculation is abuzz regarding the nature of the new iMac. I wonder what it will look like? The big bet seems to be it will be a flat panel monitor with the guts of the computer behind the LCD.
Taught the first session of my class today. One guy up front had an audible ’sweet’ when I told them about my second career as a writer of SF&F, and someone in the back had a Tolkein quote written down on their paper (I had them write down some favorite quotes).
Seems like an interesting group. I hope we have a fun semester.
