Journal Entry
House and Blue Heaven
April 23rd 2004 at 11:56 am
I’m leaving work early today to go close and sign on our house.
We have a house! Woo hoo:

We’ll actually be moving June 7-15.
Right after that Emily and I are taking off to go to Paul Melko’s house and enjoy a cook out with other arriving members of the Blue Heaven workshop. Tomorrow morning I leave for Kelly’s Island for 9 or so days of novel workshopping and general madness.
Posts may be sparse, we’ll see.

Looks both pleasant and idyllic. Nice.
I also like that you’ve posted into the future for us, to cover your absence.

Nice digs! Having a house of one’s own is a lot of fun, and totally worth it. I even like cutting grass, most weekends…
