Back from the 3 day

Back from the 3 day weekend. I need to change the way I receive some yahoo groups, because there is nothing quite like receiving 180 email messages, almost none of which are directed at me personally.

I started the next story this weekend, “Duppy Conqueror,” and I’m about 1K into it. Getting started was slow, as I did some outlining, and tried to figure out the usual details (What’s the point, Who cares, Why does this matter to the main char. etc) It’s a departure from the usual stylistically (very pomo/literary) and that might bite me in the ass. Such is the fun though. I think it will go well.
